Job Title / Code : Facility Engineer – Hes (Ext-243/FE/EXP/CHEVRON-IBU/HO/2012)
Summary of Job / Qualification :
Educational Requirement: S1 Degree (S2/Master Degree will be an advantage).
To be asigned as HES Engineer. Review engineering project criteria and identify any environmental issues / concerns.
Develop and monitor implementation of an Environmental Management system applied to the project.
Ensure environmental compliance with governmanet and corporate requirement.
Stewards the project regulatory process – liaise, coordinate, prepare, and submit the applications and documents to obtain the required permits.
Liaise with government regulators to obtain the necessary permits for smooth construction of the project.
Develop regulatory database for monitoring of regulatory compliance and develop / provide such as a handover document to operations.
Identify potential execution issues related to permitting activities and develop mitigation plans as required.
5-10 years experience in Environmental and/or Regulatory discipline within the Oil and Gas Industry or related industries (e.g. infrastructure construction, mining); preferably involved with pipeline projects.
Working knowledge of all environmental regulations, e.g. AMDAL, UKL/UPL.
Good computer skills and capable of using Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills both in English and Bahasa Indonesia, and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Have a good leadership and communication, both in English and Bahasa.
Willing to relocate to one of Chevron operations locations (East Kalimantan/Riau).
